PURCHASE OF VINTAGE AND PRE-OWNED ITEMS

All items are pre-owned, vintage, or one-of-a-kind and may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. We strive to accurately document the condition of every piece through photographs and descriptions, with any notable flaws and imperfections clearly disclosed and/or visually documented. Review measurements, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like additional information.

Please note that all items are sold as is and without warranty. While we take care to avoid stocking vintage pieces made from materials known to deteriorate significantly over time, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, wear, or deterioration that occurs after purchase.

We encourage treating vintage garments and accessories with care, carrying out appropriate maintenance when necessary, e.g., resoling vintage footwear or reinforcing fraying seams, to extend their lifespan.

AUTHENTICITY

All designer items for sale are guaranteed to be original and thoroughly checked for authenticity before being listed. If you'd like any additional clarification or details before purchase, contact us at hello@tenderinventory.com. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

All sales are final; we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds, but please get in touch via hello@tenderinventory.com before or after purchase should there be any concerns relating to your order. If your order arrived damaged or an item noticeably differs from its description, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, including all details and corresponding photographs in your email; we'll do our best to resolve it.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

For orders delivered into the European Union, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. This right allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a cancellation under the right of withdrawal, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please contact us via hello@tenderinventory.com under the 14-day window to validate your return.
