Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Leipzig, Germany. Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, with packages being dispatched twice a week.

A flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note the shipping time window is an automatic estimate and delivery times may vary. Follow the tracking number provided with your order and contact the courier for accurate updates.

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries or lost packages.

Express shipping options are not yet available at checkout, please contact us at hello@tenderinventory.com with your order request, delivery address and desired delivery window, should you require an item urgently; we’ll do our best to help.

PACKAGING

We aim to be as low-waste as possible. For that reason, packaging supplies are often reused and not every package looks the same. Nevertheless, everything is packed securely, thoughtfully and with care. We also encourage you to reuse any packaging materials you receive from us.

IMPORT AND CUSTOMS FEES

Orders shipped into the European Union are free from import duties and customs fees.

UNITED STATES

U.S. orders ship with duties and taxes included. All applicable import charges are calculated at checkout and included in the shipping and duty costs; no additional fees will be due upon delivery. 

Please note that orders with a total value exceeding USD 2,500 may be subject to additional customs requirements or charges imposed by U.S. authorities. In such cases, any duties and taxes paid at checkout will be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis.

ALL OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are legally required to declare the full purchase value of all orders on customs forms and cannot alter declared values. Please note that orders refused at delivery or not collected from customs or the carrier are considered abandoned and cannot be refunded.
